Below the step how to quit from smoking:
- Try to avoid the people or your friend who have this habit. Don’t be reluctant to reject the cigarettes when they offer it to you. In Some case, smoke is also indicates the solidarity. Don’t believe this. The solidarity build from the good chat, willing to share experience, willing to approve all of our lack, not from your desire to smoke whe they offer it to you.
- Try to replace the cigarrets with snack or candys. Addicted in snack or candys is better than addicted in smoking. Too many you eat the snack or candys just make your bodys more fat, it can help the thin smoker to increase their wheight of bodys.
- Drink vitamin C 500 mg per day, it can recover your lungs that have corrodes by the nikotin.
In some healthy articles which I have read say that to make your lungs get a good condition be same as person who don’t smoke is need 10 years. But to get the lungs to be healthy you can get it just in 3 month.
And the last is, practice the recipe above, just read the articles cannot quit you from smoking.
