Why Current dominated

In the measurement, so many parameter that we measure, such as current, voltage, resistance and the other.
Why must the current who dominated the condition? the meaning of "dominate the condition" is if there are 2 condition, like ripple voltage of inductor, there are 2 kind of signal, they are voltage and current (although actually in all things that contain the signal will have both). It happen because the current in the inductor always lagging from the voltage.

So, when we found the condition like above, firstly we must consider the existing of current. It happened because in the circuit, the energy who have the assignment to connected circuit is the current. i conclude this, i take from the event of SCR when the SCR have been turned off by "natural commutation/Line Commutation" in the inductif load.
